Price (We accept Visa, Master Card and PayPal payments including credit cards, debit or cheque).

Less then 2000 words: $150+tax  per 1000 words;

2000 - 5000 words: $130+tax  per 1000 words;

Over 5000 words / long term projects / translation job: please contact us. 

Minimum charge: $50+tax.

Translation price includes formatting text using Window's Microsoft word into basic commercial report format. For more complex typesetting, there is an additional cost, the cost depending on the complexity of format required.

Proofreading: Free with any translation. Proofread by a second translator is part of our quality assurance procedures.

Format: We can supply work on printed hard copy, or electronically in Word, HTML or PDF format by email.  

Delivery: Delivery of work by email, fax or first class post is included in the price. For delivery by other means or time frame, we will charge at cost for the delivery.

Turnaround Time

Standard service  - 2 working days for up to 3000-word document.  
24 Hours service* - at a surcharge of 40% of translation price.
12 Hours service* - at a surcharge of 100% of translation price
